White wine from a blend of young wine (70%) and “crianza” barrel-fermented wine (30%). This wine combines the freshness and finesse of the young wine with the structure, body and elegance of the aged wine.
Grape varieties: Moscatel, Riesling, Viognier and Giró Blanc.

Type of wine: “Semi-crianza” white.
Alcohol content: 12-13 % vol.
Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 4 months in French oak barrels (30-40% of the total).
Tasting Notes: Clean and bright pale yellow with green tints. Fresh fruit and floral aromas, green apples, etc. With a very soft touch of wood. The wine is fresh with very well balanced acidity on the palate.
Food pairing: pairs well with all types of seafood. Good with vegetable soups, canapés and appetizers.
Serving temperature: between 6 – 8ºC.
