100% Pinot Noir rosé wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels that give it a slight touch of wood. Floral and red fruit aromas. It is fresh, with a powerful acidity and long on the palate. It goes well with all kinds of appetizers, rice dishes and white meats.
Grape varieties: pinot noir 100% Growing system:trellis.
Location of the vineyard: municipal district of Manacor.
Denomination of origin: D.O.P. Pla and Llevant-Mallorca.
Type of wine: rosé with aging
Alcoholic strength: 13- 14 % vol
Fermentation: in French oak barrels.
Aging: 6 months in 2nd year French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Pale pink color, clean and bright. Floral and fresh fruit aromas, strawberry, raspberry, etc. With some very soft touches of wood. The palate is fresh, with powerful acidity and a finish that reminds us again of red fruits, long, balanced and persistent.
Recommendations: it combines well with all kinds of appetizers, rice and white meats.
Serving temperature: serve between 4º – 6º.
Currently, eleven small estates make up the 9 hectares of vineyards that produce the grapes for our wines. Most of them are located in the municipality of Manacor and some in Felanitx and Petra, and they are all registered in D.O.P. Pla i Llevant de Mallorca.
We grow all the grapes we produce and do not buy grapes from third parties, thus controlling the entire production process.
