This wine is a coupage a perfectly blended wine that combines a local Mallorcan grape with one of our best grapes. All grapes are meticulously selected from our best vineyards. Elaborated by the winemaker Miquel Gelabert junior
Grape varieties: Callet y Cabernet Sauvignon
Growing system: in goblet and trellis.
Location of the vineyard: Manacor.
Denomination of origin: D.O.P. Pla and Llevant-Mallorca.
Type of wine: Crianza red wine.
Alcoholic strength: 14 % vol.
Fermentation: alcoholic and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels with subsequent bottle aging.
Nota de tast: clean and bright. Very intense color with a deep violet hue. On the nose, the wine is dominated by fruit, which harmonizes with the complex and elegant notes of the barrel (coffee and vanilla). On the palate, the wine shows a wonderful balance with an abundance of silky and very expressive tannins, a fleshy character and a very long finish that reproduces the fruity and spicy aromas.
Recommendations: It combines well with game dishes, mature cheeses and all kinds of roasts.
Serving system: serve between 18º-20ºC.

Currently, eleven small estates make up the 9 hectares of vineyards that produce the grapes for our wines. Most of them are located in the municipality of Manacor and some in Felanitx and Petra, and they are all registered in D.O.P. Pla i Llevant de Mallorca.
We grow all the grapes we produce and do not buy grapes from third parties, thus controlling the entire production process.
