Single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wine that is only made in years when there are some exceptional grapes. These are wines of very small production (300 to 1,500 bottles) and can be called “the winemaker’s whims”.

Alcoholic strength: 14.5 % vol.
Fermentation: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels. Subsequent aging in bottle.
Tasting notes: Intense cherry red wine with purple hues with dense tears and slow fall, clean and bright high layer.
High intensity and complexity on the nose with aromas of eucalyptus, licorice, very ripe black fruit, lactic, floral, with hints of animals (game, leather, fur).
Powerful and unctuous on the palate, good balance between alcohol, acidity, sugar and tannins, some of which have been contributed by the new wood and will be polished over time, fleshy and very long on the palate, the aromas of the olfactory phase return at the end, very persistent at the end.
Recommendations: pairs well with game dishes and full-bodied stews.
Serving temperature: serve between 18º- 20ºC.
Currently, eleven small estates make up the 9 hectares of vineyards that produce the grapes for our wines. Most of them are located in the municipality of Manacor and some in Felanitx and Petra, and they are all registered in D.O.P. Pla i Llevant de Mallorca.
We grow all the grapes we produce and do not buy grapes from third parties, thus controlling the entire production process.
